With a background in performance, theatre, and education, Robert brings a Narrative Coaching approach that creates a safe space for growth and transformation. His deep presence allows the coaching journey to unfold naturally, helping individuals move from internal awareness to external expression with authenticity, clarity, and confidence.

Robert believes in the power of listening, human connection, and humour to create meaningful coaching experiences. He pays close attention to how clients show up in the moment, using empathy and emotional intelligence to highlight the strengths and potential already within them. His passion for self-development has driven him to continually expand his coaching expertise, starting with NLP and hypnotherapy, followed by a Diploma in Transformational Coaching.

Holding an innate trust in people’s ability to grow and overcome self-limiting barriers, Robert supports individuals and teams in defining and achieving success—whatever that looks like for them. An ICF-accredited coach, he has held multiple training and leadership roles, including Head of Coaching and Centre Director at Animas Centre for Coaching. Now working independently, he partners with organisations as a facilitator, trainer, coach, and supervisor, helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential.
